Listening does not always consist of hearing words. Our body speaks to us, spirit speaks to us, nature speaks to us. In order to hear the messages being conveyed we must take the time to be present. Majority of the time when we speak we may notice that the other person is not hearing what is being said, "Listening skills are lacking"

Before the year is up, lets take a look at some of the patterns we repeat that keeps us on a loop. Accountability can be a tough pill to swallow, but the medicine we receive is something that is life changing.

Fall is the season of change. Change not only in nature, but within our relationships. Typically we see a lot of relationships coming to an end during this season, but what does this all mean? What can we learn from it? Are we repeating cycles and feeling as if it's never ending? The way to end a cycle is but first becoming aware that we're in a constant loop.
