She runs a blog named "The Anxious Girl" on Instagram where she ignites conversations about mental health to battle the stigma around it. She started the blog out of her personal experiences with Depression & Anxiety. In our episodes, she will share about her journey of how did she recognize the need for help to speaking about her experiences to thousands
Miss.Empathy second episode is with Ms.Ashima Mahajan, Clinical Psychologist, Founder of Art of Mental Wellness, Hyderabad, Consultant at Nanihi Center, Pune. She has shared about how her clients settling and being happy was best part of her career, about toxic positivity and information about her pro bono, sliding scale work.
First episode is with Raj Dagwar, an engineer based out from Pune who became viral after asking people to share their stories in exchange of 10 rupees by standing with a cardboard on Pune FC road. Raj was helping in breaking the stigma of mental health and he believes that "People who face mental health issues and seek professional help are warriors."
