This week we continue our series over God's redemption. Throughout this series we will have interviews with guests sharing their stories of God's redemption in their lives. Often times what we see on the outside is really a product of what's happening on the inside. God's desire is not just to change our external behavior, but to redeem the internal issues of our heart. Our guest this week shares his story of growing up with an alcoholic stepfather, getting kicked out of his house at 15, and starting to abuse alcohol himself. Ultimately, getting kicked out of his home led Kent to getting a job in which he would find shelter and relationship with Jesus. Finding a relationship in Jesus started a life long redemption process in Kent. Through God's redemption in his life, Kent has since gone on to lead numerous other individuals to healthy relationships with God and other people. He is now the Campus Support Connections Director for Grace Church in Overland Park, KS.
