Shefali Trivedi has extensive experience in leading mission-based organizations and has learned valuable lessons in her previous roles, including the importance of persistence, changing organizational culture, taking risks, knowing your business model, and sales. She navigates her career with the mindset of understanding the trends in philanthropy and developing a business plan rather than relying on government funding alone. Although transforming a culture may not happen expeditiously, being persistent and steadfast in your vision can help make substantial headway. These lessons have prepared Shefali well for her current role at A Better We, and now, she opens up about some of her greatest insights.
