February 22, 2019 Q&A 06 - Should you send your kids to their schools?
Send us Fan Mail
If you work as a missionary in a foreign country, should you also send your children to their schools? I have heard it said that many missionaries don’t make it because they choose to homeschool and then the wife often becomes depressed because she is taking care of children at home without many opportunities to practice the language. Then the children often do not grow up knowing the language as quickly. But what if you are passionate about being a forerunner of your child’s education but also want to minister to the people in that country.. and are also passionate about learning and practicing the language?
