  • Top 90 (2020) - Part 1 (intro)
My top 90 favourite games of all time that I own as of spring 2020 - Intro to the list.
Finally! Here it is, half a year later than originally supposed to. I hope better late than never though!
This is the introductory episode to my top 90 list. I tell about the list and compare the list to the lists of people in podcasts that I follow. I also tell what games fell of the list and what did not make it, yet. I describe a bit how the list was made and how I ranked my games in the list.
I hope you enjoy at least some parts of the episode and will be back for the list - it's in English this time around so more people can understand what I say, albeit with some strangeness in pronounciation - apologies for that if you're a native English speaker!
Leave a comment to any of my media listed at the end of these shownotes or contact me if you have an opinion or something to say! Leave a review if you think you should, subscribe to the podcast from somewhere if you are able to!
    Thank you for listening!
The podcasts and people I compare my list and tastes to are the following in alphabetical order:
From Blue Peg, Pink Peg (https://bluepegpinkpeg.com/):
Christina, Jeremy, Robb & Patrick (emeritus).
    From Board game Barrage (https://boardgamebarrage.com/):
    Kellen, Mark & Neilan
    From Heavy Cardboard (https://www.heavycardboard.com/)
    Edward & Jess
    From Punchboard Paradise (https://soundcloud.com/punchboard-paradise):
    Chad, Clef & Richie
    From Sporadically Board (https://sporadicallyboard.libsyn.com/):
Mike (his list on Dice Tower top 100s)
    From The Broken Meeple (https://soundcloud.com/luke-hector-broken-meeple):
    Luke

  • Korona Extra
    Mitä Pelataan? -podcastin Korona Extra

  • UK Games Expo 2019
My UK Games Exporience 2019, with guests.
In this episode I speak about my experience at the UK Games Expo 2019, thus Exporience. I have invited some guests to join me on this episode whom I interviewed after the Expo. This episode is a bit late after the Expo, mainly due to scheduling issues. But I hope the content and the guests are good enough that it has been worth the wait! At least you'll get to listen to this for 6+ hours as a compensation!
I'll timestamp the guests and other things from the episode, but I won't give the guests details so you don't just skip to your favourite person, but have to listen to me and others a bit too, maybe! I'll give a tip though for each!
    Thanks for the music: @grimwater
    Episode outline:
Starting with general stuff on the expo and episode...
    1st guest: 3:47 (Off-topic superiority!)
    Thursday: 1:15:50 (Pre-Show stuff)
    2nd guest: 1:37:37 (Zombie apocalypse!)
Friday: 2:26:15 (Top-10 and hotel hassle)
3rd guest: 2:31:17 (Playing with a glass cat?)
    Saturday: 3:36:08 (Some games!)
    4th guest: 3:44:49 (Playful Doctor)
Sunday: 4:29:41 (FamilyExpo and Adventures on Way Home)
    5th guest: 4:40:20 (CGE Rules!)
End stuff: 6:05:48 (Sum-up and what next, etc.)

    My notes on Guests:
Luke Hector, The Broken Meeple (@luke-hector-broken-meeple), my main inspiration for doing a babblecast - talking to myself and trying to make a point, often missing it or circling around it like a vulture, waiting for the right moment. You can find him and his various media at https://brokenmeeple.blogspot.com/
Ben Maddox, The curator of Games for Doomsday, Bouncer of the Guild, Part-time Segway-harvester of Zombies, F-Bomber like no other. He can't be described, he has to be experienced. You can find out how to begin your path in doing so at: https://fivegamesfordoomsday.com/
Tom Heath, His words drip slicker than his Slicker drips. The Playthrough Paragon, Successor to Rahdo of the Lands East of Atlantic Ocean. He can be found in every relevant media as Slickerdrips and from the YouTubes at: https://www.youtube.com/c/slickerdrips
Max Davie, The Playful Doctor - no no no, not in a horror movie way! Host of Play is the Thing podcast, former Dice Tower contributor on kids games. Has double my score at Research Gate. You can find more info on his endeavours here: https://playisthething.home.blog/
Paul Grogan, Gaming Rules! - He claims. Has great tips and agreeable opinions on teaching games (Listen to him!), works in various development and rules-related areas in gaming. You can find the relevant links from his page (not updated for a while): https://gaming-rules.com/

  • Coming to UK Games Expo
The sixth episode of Mitä Pelataan? -podcast.
This episode is a preview of the upcoming UK Games Expo (2019). I tell about the games I'm interested in, the seminars I'm planning to attend and tell where I can probably be found during the expo.
No Finnished this week, I'm sorry (I bet you're upset!). I had to rush with this a bit as we're leaving for UK at 6am 'tomorrow' of this upload (monday evening at 11pm).
    Feedback is much appreciated!
Too many people, games and companies mentioned in the podcast to link to them. Listen and find out if you're in the episode - if anyone mentioned in the episode listens, please do tell me!
See you at UKGE! 50 Tokens of Gratitude are up for grabs!
    Thanks for the music: @grimwater

  • Lautapelaamaan reportaasi
    Mitä Pelataan? -podcastin Lautapelaamaan reportaasi.
-visaa.
