What we put into our bodies and experiences our bodies have (either by choice or by health practices of fellow humans) affect the quality of evolution in health, wealth and wisdom of our lives. Regular maintenance is required in maintaining quality of living, not just of our bodies but also our homes, and without sufficient points of reference conscience and integrity gets suboptimal. I have begun more research on what I call #meristematicdiet by using a no-oil, no-salt, no-sugar (no extracted ingredients but just the natural composition of existing vegetables, fruits, cereals, pulses approach which includes milk and milk products as the only contribution from animal kingdom) to see if such a diet would help bring a better yoga between the building blocks of earth, water, fire, air, spirit, space so the fabric of timespace heals well enough to maintain health, wealth and wisdom conscientiously (conglomerate science) but a lot of work needs to be done in arriving at shareable recipes, which I’m hoping someone who reads this text would consider arriving at in your own culinary explorations. I will nevertheless share from the benefits I observe from my explorations meanwhile. The best is yet to be; the BEST is in the making, coz Improvement is the largest room in the house.
