May 27, 2023Ep66: James from Speed Farm GarageThe 4g is no doubt the most unloved platform in our community despite it having very capable engines and a stout six speed manual transmission. Those who are fans of the platform, love them and know their capabilities and potential whereas those outside the platform community dismiss them. There are few shops making parts for the 4g and even fewer shops making parts for the 4g to be quicker. The shop at the forefront, paving the way for 4g performance is Speed Farm Garage. The man at the helm is James Aubin, who has owned multiple 4gs including his unbelievable mid-engine 4g build. He makes the only suspension bushings on the market for the platform and ones that perform better than the factory ones did. He has reworked his 2g so that the brake and throttle can be controlled by his hands and he has made it so it suits his car for racing. Not just drag racing but circuit racing and autocross as well.
