Josh Chen is a 1st year medical student at Sidney Kimmel Medical College in Philadelphia and a Youtuber with over 70,000 subscribers. In the “Med Student Productivity Youtuber” space, videos with titles like “How to study 10+ hours per day without burning out” are everywhere. But Josh’s content is unique — he’s all about planning studying around your life (as opposed to the other way around), while still performing at a peak level academically. Or, as he puts it in the title of one of his videos, “How to Ace Your Finals and Not be a Loser, by 4.0 Asian Senior.”
Josh & Michael discuss their thoughts on med school thus far, the lazy man's guide to school/animedoro, toxic productivity, and being a creator in med school.
