Jamie Pritchard Head of Sales at Bridging Specialists Glenhawk, explains more about the impact of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) (Amendment) Order that inserts Class MA (commercial, business, and service uses to dwellinghouses) into Part 3 (Change of Use), Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015. The new PD rights came into force on 1st August
2021.
