Now that we had close to 100 new reps joining each month.... a whole new set of challenges presented itself. The team had gotten too large for one leader to keep up with. As I became unable to support the workload, I needed to inspire others to step up and lead. The problem was... I had set them up for failure by not giving them the tools they needed. The big question was... how could we standardize a training program that could teach both new and experienced reps exactly what they needed to know.

With my entrepreneur dreams on the line, I managed to scrape by and bring in 20+ people in my first six months..... but none them them did ANYTHING! Through that failure, I had my biggest breakthrough in business.

The sobering realization that my upline did not have a solution for my recruiting problem. To be fair, they had warned me that the business was "too hard" for someone in my position. That only motivated me further....
