Lisa Johnson

Lisa is Director of Global Consulting at Cartus and leads the team in the EMEA and APAC regions. Among her many achievements—including conducting some of the industry’s earliest research initiatives on the topics of Mobility ROI and Inclusive Mobility—this year Lisa was named one of the top 50 corporate professionals in DEI by OnCon Icon Awards. She also holds both Worldwide ERC®’s Meritorious and Distinguished Service Awards and is an active member of SHRM. Lisa was born in Japan, is based in New York and has lived and worked in Central America, Spain and Ireland. 

Diane Mullen

Diane is the Manager of the Cartus Intercultural Academy and an ICF ACC-certified Intercultural Management Coach, with a focus on developing international talent and enhancing global leadership capabilities. She oversees the Cartus Global Network of more than 270 coaches across 70+ countries. Diane also delivers tailored cross-cultural programs that support successful personal and professional transitions for clients and their families throughout Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. Her background includes experience in the financial sector, where she designed and led training initiatives. Diane has lived, worked, and studied abroad for a total of fifteen years in the Netherlands, Chile, Spain, and Venezuela. She holds an M.S. in Organization Development from Loyola University, Chicago, IL, and is fluent in Spanish.

Matt Tebbe

Matt Tebbe is a proven leader with a track record for unlocking growth strategies and opportunities for businesses, especially for large, complex organizations with global footprints. Prior to joining Cartus, Matt served as the General Manager of Group Products for the education technology firm Riverside Insights. In this capacity, he led a large business unit that supported student growth and equity in more than 6,000 schools nationwide. Matt has also held progressively intensive leadership positions at companies like the IT consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton, and Equifax, where he worked as the Australia-New Zealand region HR technology leader, establishing Australia’s largest native pre-employment screening business and launching a new workforce-solutions offering in the region.

Matt has proven to be a strategic and tactical leader at every stage of his career. Greg Lindsay

Greg Lindsay is the senior fellow for applied research and foresight at NewCities, a senior fellow of MIT’s Future Urban Collectives Lab, and a partner at FutureMap, a geo-strategic and climate advisory firm based in Singapore. He thinks, writes, and speaks on the future of cities and mobility for companies, governments, and institutions around the world. He is also a two-time Jeopardy! champion — and the only human to go undefeated against IBM’s artificial intelligence, Watson.

Morgan Snapp

Throughout her mobility career, Morgan has accumulated a wealth of experience. Within Cartus, she has served in a variety of roles, from a consultant assisting relocating employees, to overseeing an operations team, to partnering with clients to develop and administer their programs. Now, as part of the Strategic Solutions Group, Morgan partners with companies by taking the time to really listen to what they need and identifying the right fit for their unique programs.

Morgan is also very active in the local communities she serves. She is currently elected President of the Board of Directors for RMRC (Denver) as well as the Education Chair at ARA (Phoenix). She has also served in a variety of committees and volunteer positions including BAMM (San Francisco) and SCRC (Southern California). She is currently a member of the local ERC chapters in Houston, Austin, Dallas, and Portland. Outside of Cartus, Morgan currently teaches Supply Chain and Logistics courses at Bellevue University.
