Hola Mujeres! Happy New Year! We wanted to start off the new year with our very first Live Episode in collaboration with Chai Talks Texas where we got to talk to several women and their challenges and obstacles they've faced in a culturally diverse community. We are honored to have been able to speak in a room of so many amazing and empowered women.

Hola Mujeres! We are joined in this episode with Mayra aka MexDallas on Instagram. She is a local DFW food blogger, specifically TACOS! We discussed the importance of community over competition especially in the influencer/blogger world. And that if and when we all come together, we achieve a lot more we help the community grow. As you know, MDM is all over this! We believe there is room for everyone to grow so why now grow together?

Hola Mujeres! We had Brenda from @theadolescentparent join us to talk us through her menstrual cup emergency and whether she would try it again.. Menstrual cups are an eco-friendly alternative to pads and tampons. There is definitely research involved and practice in getting them inserted right but don't be discouraged! We also discuss how many of us women are not familiar with our bodies and how we're all different as far as our reproductive organs.
