In the studios we have with us Dallas Influencer/Blogger Mrs. Bella Maria. She share on her Instagram all things Fashion, Beauty & Lifestyle... that's not all she is. We chat with her on how she has accomplished so much all while keeping more of her personal life off of the highlight reels of social media. She tells us of her journey overcoming losing herself in motherhood and being a wife to putting her talents nd passion into creating a small business and making money off of being an influencer. He always gives great insight and feedback when speaking on topics of relationships through a mans perspective and we wanted to know more about the emotional availability of men. As women, we know it may be difficult for some men to share their emotions with us or to share what their intentions are when they're in a relationship with us. As we discuss, it may be women as well who have the same trouble keeping themselves emotionally available too. Let us know your thoughts! 

Hi Mujeres!! We are back!! Thanks for sticking with us while we took a much needed break. As you know, we took some time off after last episode because it was pretty heavy and we needed to get our minds right. We celebrated out 30K downloads and 2 year anniversary by taking a trip to Las Vegas to get away. We wanted to follow up with a life update instead of just throwing up a pre-recorded episode up so we wanted to follow up with Liz's mental health following last episode and see how she's feeling today. Mel also confirmed her relationship status...she's got a boyfriend and it's hella cute. We are excited to be back and to bring you so much more exciting content. Hi Mujeres! Since May is Mental Health Awareness Month, we wanted to bring a special episode focusing on mental health and the benefits that fitness and physical activity has done for our mental health. Alejandra Suarez works in PR during the day and teaches yoga in her free time. Ale found yoga as a coping mechanism during college while she was going through life's challenges. She noticed a huge shift in her mental health and wanted to spread her joy and gift to others so she decided to turn her new love of yoga into an opportunity to share it with others by teaching. Alejandra currently offers virtual yoga classes and will soon be having in person session, she also offers her sessions in Spanish to make all feel welcome. This episode also shares Liz's personal struggle with mental health and her breakthrough of finally finding healing with her fitness journey.
