Happy New Year Mujeres!! Good Riddance to 2020. As much as we're happy that the new year is here, last year really made us reflect on everything. Our lives, the future of this podcast, the things we need to change, and what we are hopeful for. Will 2021 really be any different? We don't know but we're just going to live day by day and be grateful for this podcast and you all for being there along the way.

Hi Mujeres! We had Melanie on to share her experience of raising her special needs son as a single mom and how she navigated dating. Dating with children can be challenging but to include that you have special needs child can put an added stress on a mother when picking and choosing a potential partner. But Melanie gives hope to all single moms dating and with special needs children that there is someone out there for YOU. That you too deserve to be loved and find happiness. After becoming a mother and not finding her place in other groups, she founded DFW Milennial Moms for moms like her that need to get out and have some adult time.
