Hi Mujeres! We had the honor to have Anthony Sanchez share his story of survival, motivation, determination and fatherhood. Six years ago Anthony survived a motorcycle accident that resulted in a spinal cord injury all while learning he was going to become a new dad. His story is inspiring for everyone and is a reminder that even though we may have a vision of how we're going to live our lives, sometimes that doesn't plan out but it shouldn't break your spirit or give an excuse that you can't be a father or parent. You make adjustments to your life and you adapt to live your life to the fullest. Anthony is a dedicated and very involved father to his daughter and doesn't allow his "disability" to get in the way of that important role. To follow and hear more about Anthony, follow his IG @wheelchairpapi and subscribe to his YouTube channel "Behind The Chair A Sanchez."
Hi Mujeres! We have the power duo of PWR WMN, Kimberly and Miriam, in the spotlight in today's episode. PWR WMN is a Latina owned business that focuses on emboldening femininity in corporate America, one PWR pocket at a time. With the busy-ness of the corporate world, Kimberly and Miriam realized they weren't always prepared with the tools they needed such as a pen, business cards, even a tampon! They envisioned and created bold and feminine blazers every woman needs. Whether it's for the job, a dinner date, or brunch out with the girls, PWR WMN has a blazer (and pants & much more) for you. Check out PWR WMN Shop and follow their Instagram @pwr_wmn to see how their blazers are worn or when their next pop-up event is. You will love them!

Hi Mujeres! After watching the Hulu series 'Shrill,' the specific episode "WAHAM" struck a cord with us. It had us really thinking if the women empowerment and feminism groups and movement is a con and a way for people and businesses to make money off our insecurities. We give our thoughts and our own opinions on the matter. We urge you to listen with an open mind and let us know your thoughts. We share some of the follower feedback from questions we prompted on our Instagram stories.

Hi Mujeres! Having female relationships can be so important and empowering but at the same time just like every type of relationship, they take work and effort. Friendship breakups can be just as hard and difficult as a losing a significant other. It's almost like losing a sister. When is it time to give up a toxic friendship? Do you block them? In today's world, ghosting and blocking is easier than ever and sometimes it's the only tool to get rid of that toxic and negative energy. Today's episode we talk about navigating losing friendships, toxic relationships, and how we've overcome them.

Hey Mujeres!!! LISTENER DISCRETION IS ADVISED. ADULT CONVERSATION ONLY!! We brought back a guest, can you guess who?....Alexander Chase! He wanted to follow up with us after listening to our WAP episode to share his input and who are we to say no?? We welcomed him back to have an open conversation in regards to women and their sexuality. With toxic masculinity, women who share their sexuality are often shunned for sharing that intimate parts of themselves but it doesn't make them any less. ALL women should be treated with respect regardless of how they present themselves. Let us know your thoughts! We'd love to hear your feedback! Follow Alexander Chase on IG @alexndrchase
