  • How Service Titan is Changing the Trade Management Game
Hey everyone, and welcome back to the Modern Electrician Podcast!
In this episode, I sit down with Tom Howard, the VP of Customer Experience with Service Titan, to discuss their inevitable takeover of online business management throughout the trades. Now, I recorded this conversation about a year ago in the midst of COVID insanity. Shortly following this interview, I put the podcast on the shelf for a while to focus on other aspects of business. Now that we're back, I wanted to share this informative conversation with you so you can gain from Tom's knowledge and experience as an entrepreneur and to learn a little bit more about what Service Titan may be able to offer your Service Company.
Tom has a unique story and has had his ups and downs when it comes to business. He tells us all about how he overcame the tremendous challenges of taking on a large business and how he eventually became Service Titan's VP of Customer Experience. I really enjoyed this conversation and I hope you do as well.

  • Leadership with Chad German (aka: Utah Electrician)
Its impossible to walk the road of mastery without a leader, especially early on in your journey. In fact, you'll encounter many leaders along your way and it will be up to you to determine what to keep and what to throw away for yourself. If you stay on the road long enough, you will become the master and your world will open up to the understanding that leading people isn't as easy as you may have envisioned. Being a leader a is challenging and never ending responsibility and not everyone nails it. But those who do will inspire you to dig down and give something your all. They'll teach you to WANT to learn and to grow. Today's guest is one of those leaders, in my opinion. Chad German of @utah_electrician fame was super fun to talk to today. Enjoy the conversation.
