Here’s the thing about the medical world. Doctors are actually very divisive! They will throw each other under the bus any chance that they get. It’s sad really. The lesson that I learned is that by finding the positives about another person and speaking to that ultimately it elevates the game for everyone. Are you divisive?

Code brown is a term used in hospitals. Those of you who know what I mean are already snickering! The thing is this once we go and handle shit in our life something amazing happens. What was once what we were avoiding stepping in then becomes the nutritious soil from which are most beautiful flowers grow!

Men are dying too young. This can be avoided. Let’s have a real conversation that is very frank and to the point about men’s mental and physical health, how they relate and how we got to the state that we are in.
