Here I ask you to create a nest for yourself with a blanket, pillow and yoga mat. I ask you to release the stress of the day and allow the earth to hold you as I play the Heart Chakra Singing Bowl and Cosmic Crystal Singing Bowl.

I invite you to relax as I play the Sacrum Crystal Singing Bowl. Get yourself a pillow, yoga mat, blanket and make yourself a nest. Allow yourself to become present to this moment by taking three deep breaths and releasing all distractions. Listen as I play. If emotions and feelings arise welcome them. This is a safe space for healing work to take place.
