One of the things I’ve been working on lately is the practice of just noticing. It’s something I’ve been interested in for a while, but I’ve never really taken the time to explore it. The idea is simple: instead of automatically reacting to the world around us, we take a moment to pause and just observe what’s happening.
The practice of just noticing can be applied to anything in life. For example, you can notice the way your body feels when you wake up in the morning, the sounds you hear as you walk down the street, or the thoughts that come into your head during a meeting at work.
Just noticing requires you to be present at the moment, which can be difficult in our fast-paced, constantly-connected world. But the more you practice, the easier it gets. And the benefits are worth it: by learning to just notice, you can become more aware of your thoughts and feelings, and better able to control them.
If you want to learn more about the practice of just noticing, take a look at the following resources. Additionally, you can listen to Day 13 of Chiron Gong Challenge on Modern Sound Healing with Julie Jewels Smoot or check out my Soundcloud page for recordings.
The Chiron Gong Challenge is a 13-day challenge that helps you move through your fears and blocks so you can speak your truth with confidence.
The challenge is based on the archetypal energy of the Wounded Warrior, which is represented by the asteroid Chiron in astrology. This energy is about unearthing your deepest wounds so you can heal them and step into your power.
Each day of the challenge focuses on different aspects of the Wounded Warrior energy. For Day 11, the focus is on encouraging the Warrior Within to Speak Your Truth.
This day is all about moving through the fears that hold you back from speaking your truth. It is about clearing the way so you can express yourself with confidence.
The day includes guided meditation and journaling prompts to help you connect with your inner warrior and speak your truth with confidence.
Why is it important to speak your truth?
We need to speak our truth because, by doing so, we can be a beacon of light in this world. Speaking your truth is an act of bravery and courage, and it allows the energy of the Wounded Warrior to shine.
Speaking your truth is also essential for your personal growth and development. It will help you build your self-esteem and learn to trust yourself. It will help you become more emotionally resilient and flexible. It will also help you become more mindful and compassionate of yourself and others.
Most importantly, speaking your truth will help you embody your authentic self. It will allow you to live a life that is in alignment with your truth, your values and your beliefs. It will help you create meaningful connections with those around you and enjoy a greater sense of freedom, independence and powe

The Chiron Gong Challenge is a 30-day challenge that is designed to help us connect with our inner warrior. By taking on this challenge, we can learn how to access our strength and power and use it to create positive change in our lives.
What does it mean to be a warrior?
The concept of the warrior has been around for centuries, and it stands for strength, courage and mental fortitude. To be a warrior means to be brave in the face of adversity and danger. A warrior is someone who stands their ground and is willing to fight for what is right and just.
Being a warrior means having the courage to take on life’s challenges and never give up, no matter how difficult the situation. It means having the strength to persevere and the ability to overcome obstacles. It also means being resourceful and having the ability to think calmly and rationally in the face of overwhelming odds.
The Chiron Gong Challenge encourages each of us to connect with our inner warrior and to use this power in our daily lives. From learning how to stand up for us to finding the courage and strength to tackle life’s problems, this challenge helps us nurture our inner strength and become true warriors.
On Day 4 of the Neptune Gong Challenge, we focus on self-healing. The goal is to use the gong to cleanse and rejuvenate our bodies so that we can feel our best.
When we think of self-healing, we often think of going to the doctor or taking medication. However, there are many other ways to heal ourselves. Reiki, acupuncture, and massage are all examples of alternative healing methods that can be used to promote wellness.
Today we're going to focus on the healing aspects of the challenge.
Today we are discussing the healing aspects of the Chiron Gong challenge. The Chiron Gong challenge is designed to be used as an effective healing tool, allowing us to tap into the healing energy of Chiron and to disconnect from the stresses of the modern world.
Using the Chiron Gong for healing can be a powerful and transformative experience. The vibration of the gong helps to break through any blockages in the body and awaken our ability to heal. With this, you can facilitate your body’s natural healing capabilities, restoring balance and harmony in the body.
The Chiron Gong challenge is also a great tool for mental and emotional healing. The vibration helps to relax the body and restore our energy, reducing stress and anxiety. It can even be helpful in treating depression and other mental health issues.
It can also be used to open pathways to higher states of consciousness, helping us to reach a higher level of awareness. With this, you can start to rebuild your relationship with yourself and the world, opening up a whole new level of healing.
