Some wholesalers flip their properties to regular retail buyers, others focus on bulk portfolio deals.

Some wholesalers buy and sell properties for cash. Others use short-term financing like lines of credit, hard money, or transactional funding. Others focus on simply securing and assigning, or ‘”flipping’” contracts.
