Admit to yourself that you are causing horrible pain and suffering and death to other living, breathing, feeling earthlings that want to be alive as much as you do, for a few moments of 'taste pleasure'.

Say it, "I am a cruel, heartless bastard that gives zero shits about inflicting pain, torment, fear & death to others for my own selfish culinary & fashion delights".
