  • S1 Ep13: The one where it's betwixmas and chrimbo limbo
This is the one where it's Betwixmas, chrimbo limbo whatever you might call it - that time between Christmas and New Year - you’ve no clue what day of the week it is, you’re maybe still eating left overs and chocolate for breakfast

Maybe you’re back at work, maybe you’ve been endlessly flicking through Netflix or perhaps you’re feeling like you've not much motivation to do anything. And even on a normal year without all of these restrictions and tiers, this period can feel like a bit of a slump can’t it? So this episode maybe just gives you a bit of something to think about and be ok about how you may be feeling at the moment.

Because I’ve been catching up with people over the last couple of days, and a common theme in conversation has come up.  The events of 2020 have been making them reflect even more than usual about life, work, business, family, health and so on.   And some have told me that they’re feeling like they’re in a bit of no-man’s land and a bit directionless, they want to make changes to their life but they don't know what kind.  And some said they're feeling a built guilty about not feeling grateful for what they have or are dreading the New Year.

So in this episode, I just want to address these points in case you relate to any of these too and share with you some stuff that may help.
