In this week's episode, the panel talk about injuries in gridiron and are joined by special guest Renae "Red" Hanh who gives a bit of insight into her injuries and how you can support your fellow team mates who are going through a significant injury. Over in GNSW an exciting matchup between the Raiders and Stars. All shaping up to be an exciting week in Women's Gridiron.

On ‘The Warmup’ the panel discuss injuries that occur while playing the sport of Gridiron. Red shares a bit of insight into her injuries she's sustained over the course of her career. Whether it be a sore shoulder or an Achilles tendon snap the injuries sustained are not just physical but mental as well. The panel share their insights and experiences and show how mentally scarring these injuries can be especially to new players or players who have never had these injuries before. 

These injuries also affect your social/everyday life as you may struggle do the simple things like getting out of bed or grabbing something from a higher level. Having a good support system around you is key, as the pannel discuss how having the right people around you makes all the difference especially if the injury's recovery time is long 

On "The Breakdown" in GNSW, the matchup between the Raiders and Stars is going to be quite a contest, with both teams playing off in a top four showdown, with the Raiders in second and the Stars in third. Our very own Dani will be playing for the Stars who have improved their aerial game. Stars have always been strong at passing, which is where the Raiders's defensive approach can combat this. Both teams are evenly matched, which is shaping up to me an exciting showdown between 2nd and 3rd.

This week we welcome special guest Caitlyn Willems from The Hills Valkyries. The panelists talk about the importance of "finding your tribe" and dive into the key qualities a good team has.

The panel talk about team culture and the impact it has on relationships within that playing environment. The panelists then break down the game from Gridiron West between the Valkyries and the Wolverines.

We start the show with ‘The Huddle’ where the pannel welcome Caitlyn Willems from the Hills Valkyries. Willems is in to her second season and she talks about how she got started playing and wanting to expand the sport with her father. She sheds light into building awareness into women's gridiron and just expanding the sport from her local community.

She then talks about some of the barriers she has had to face along the way, as well as coming into the team. The panel then dive into the importance of a nurturing team environment. Being part of a healthy team culture is key in any successful side especially building on long term goals for the club. The panel share their experiences and insights.

In this week’s dose of ‘The Breakdown’, we take a detailed look into the match from Gridiron West. We start with the matchup between the Valkyries and Wolverines. The Valkyries have a big task this week when they face the powerhouse Wolverines. Being a developing team the Valkyries have an opportunity to leave no stone unturned.

With every match they have gotten better but importantly, they are starting to build that connection between the players. However it will be a tough match to pull of against a hard hitting side like the Wolverines. Especially with their running back who loves to power through defence. The Valkyries will have to bring their defensive game if they have any opportunities in the contest.

Finally on "Rapid Fire" the panel talk about their favourite game day tunes. What's your favourite tune on game day?

This week we welcome special guest Hayley Tagaloa-Smith from The Raiders. The panelists break down two important games from the Gridiron West and Gridiron NSW. 

We start the show with ‘The Warmup’ where we round up the huge games from last week. We also look at how the younger players in the league are benefiting from the additional players that every squad have this season.

In this week’s dose of ‘The Breakdown’ we take a detailed look into the latest matches from Gridiron West and Gridiron NSW. We start with the match from GNSW, The Raiders vs the Lions, which will be a blockbuster match as both the outfits looks strong. The Raiders have been strong defensively and, on the offense, and would be looking to put in a strong performance. The Lions would like to continue their winning form from last week as the go head-to-head against Raiders. Both teams would be looking to finish the year on a high note. Whose side are you on?

Taking our focus to the West, where we discuss Vipers vs the Valkyries. Another match with a lot to watch out for, Vipers will be feeling confident with their recent performances but also would be looking to improve on their passing games. The Valkyries are still trying to figure out the right link-up and connections with their new set of players, which could serve as an advantage for their opponents. Which side is going to come on top this week?

Another crazy week with some amazing games, capped off by the game of the year in Bills vs Vikings, has the crew debating over future matchups. 

An inter divisional game between the Jets and Patriots is much more balanced than in previous years,  providing some interesting outcomes as the Patriots sit one game behind both the Jets and Bills!

Then the team switches to two underperforming teams in a matchup that has the potential for explosive plays from big names in Denver vs Las Vegas.

This week we have a bumper episode with plenty of game time to analyse! We have also enlisted our very own Alex Barker from ’The NFL Show’ to help us breakdown the latest matches from GW and GNSW.

On ‘The Warmup’ we look at the latest matches from the last round. We also discuss the news that the Claremont Jets have folded for the season, and what happens next in the league with the booster pack of players.

On ‘The Breakdown’ we look at the latest GW and GNSW rounds. It will be a massive episode with three matches to discuss. We look at Broncos v Valkyries in GW and we have two matches in the GNSW with the Raiders v Rebels and the Stars v Lions. 

In GW, we have the Broncos v Valkyries. The Broncos have a tough and hard-hitting trench to get through. The Valkyries have a tough act to do with the form of the Broncos, particularly trying to get a solid team connection with a booster pack of new players. Who will win?

Our second feature match is the Raiders v Rebels in the GNSW. Rebels have experience on both sides of the ball and are looking to improve their O-line and looking the exploit the Raiders’ secondary. Raiders are switched on and have a solid defence. Who can stop the rundown first? Who will win?

Our third feature match is the Stars v Lions in the GNSW. Stacey and Dani face each in this evenly contested match! Who will win?

The team has made it to the halfway mark of the season and this week they discuss the  strength of defences around the league and how that can keep bad teams alive in the playoff hunt.

The Panthers strange decision making regarding their future draft prospects confuses the team, but their matchup against Atlanta gives the Falcons a chance to showcase their own successes from the draft, in both the run and pass game.

Aaron Rodgers is under scrutiny as the team assesses his actions over the offseason and how that has affected the Packers' future. They come up against Micah Parsons and a strong Cowboys defence, in a matchup which could provide more headaches for Green Bay.

On this weeks show the team discuss the Bears taking on the Dolphins and the Jaguars versus the Raiders.

The bears have started to get some offensive momentum with Justin Fields finding his stride. With two key defensive pieces traded away the explosive Dolphins offense is likely to put up some points in this one.

With both the Jags and the Raiders struggling in recent weeks this is a must win match for both teams.

In this week's episode Stacey breaks down two iconic games. The first from Gridiron West between the Wolverines vs Broncos and the second in Gridiron NSW between the Stars vs Rebels. It will be a great contest with two great games 

Can the Broncos defence withstand the versatile hard hitting offence that the wolverines are renewed for? In NSW will the Rebels be challenged by a gutsy Stars lineup 

On ‘The Breakdown’ we discuss the match up between the Wolverines and the Broncos! The Wolverines have a group of players that are fairly versatile in the way they play. They are a team that are improving in every facet of the game whether it be offensively or defensively! 

The Broncos are going to have to watch out for the wolverines quarterback Lou who can get in and out of pockets quite easily! They will need to be on guard for the duration of the match 

Over in NSW, the matchup between the Stars and Rebels is going quite a contest, with both teams playing with an offensive approach. The stars will be adding two key players which they did not have early on so it will be a different Star lineup.

 In saying that however, they will have to bring their A game against an impressive Rebels lineup who haven't allowed a touchdown yet!

In GW, we have the rematch between the Broncos and Saints. We look at what the teams can learn from their last meeting. Approaching the match, like any other match, by using a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) is key to unlocking individual and team performances 

Can the Broncos adjust their plan? Can the Saints learn from a tougher battle than they thought? We give our predictions for the score. Who are you backing? 

Our second feature match is the Lions vs Rebels in the GNSW. The Rebels have had two weeks off with a washout and a bye. The Rebels are at the top of the table, they have got depth and play hard. The Lions are coming off of a win and have new players coming in. Who will win?

In today’s show we look at two games from week 8: Buccaneers taking on the Ravens and a match between Rams VS 49ers.

Last week games Embarrassing Buccaneers lost to panthers 21-3 been scoreless for 3Qtrs of the game and they have a lot of concerning around the team. Other the Raven win a close game against the brown 23-20.

The Ravens will try to continue their dominance in the all-time series when they visit the struggling Buccaneers on Thursday night football. The two players to watch is Experience Tom Brady and upcoming Lamar Jackson.
