"I know what it's like to not feel like yourself. I know how overwhelming it can be to have these hormones coursing through your body and to have to adjust to this new lifestyle revolving around the baby. I know how it can affect your marriage to the point where you wonder if it'll even keep working and how easy it is to reminisce on the days when you were more stable, less sleep deprived, and in control.
