Man, it has been a rough few weeks for me and if I could be honest, it's been a rough month. Life has been busier than usual and I feel it in every aspect of my life. This last week, I got hit hard with the "mom guilt" and I want to talk to you about it.

It is a very real thing that we feel from time to time and it is ok to feel that but what is more important is to take a step back and hold it captive. At the end of the day, our blessings are greater than our guilt and we need to remember that.
