First, she is helping parents love & lead their daughters in a way that teaches them to love & lead themselves by building a strong foundation of worth, esteem & confidence in them all before they leave home! 

Second, she works toward restoring, or building for the very first time, this same foundation in adult women who didn’t have this built in their formative childhood or were robbed of it from trauma in their lives. Her background is in biology and psychology, from humpbacks to humans, and she has invested decades of her life into personal, family, Christian faith, and leadership development. 

Most of all, she believes the best way to change the world is through one living room at a time!

In this episode of the Mom Owned and Operated podcast, Rita Suzanne and Dr. Danielle Angela discuss raising a family, running a business and remembering yourself.

Dr. Danielle Angela is a chiropractor, hypnotherapist and neurosomatic release practitioner. Danielle started her healthcare career while in high school, when she worked in a skilled nursing facility. 

Today, Dr. Danielle has over 20 years of experience in the holistic health and wellness industry. After studying business administration and social work at Lindenwood University, Danielle graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2008. In the initial years of practice, Dr. Danielle worked in a multidisciplinary sports medicine center on Logan University’s campus. 

While a faculty member, Danielle helped graduates prepare for starting their own businesses. She also began coaching, mentoring and consulting for chiropractic practice owners at that time. After becoming a mother, Danielle left her role as Assistant Director of Sports and Rehabilitation at Logan University and ventured into private practice. Since 2015, Dr. Danielle has offered life and business coaching for female health and wellness entrepreneurs. 

Danielle has helped 1000s of chiropractors prepare for entrepreneurship, as well as supported 100s of female business owners to help them achieve greater work-life balance and increased profitability in their practices. Born out of her own struggle to balance motherhood and being a practice owner, Danielle founded Aligned Women in 2017, an organization that teaches female health and wellness practitioners how to build profitable practices without sacrificing being present with their families. It quickly became the fastest-growing business coaching program for female chiropractors. 

Today, Dr. Danielle co-hosts the 7th Time’s A Charm podcast and has produced over 300 podcast episodes in the last 8 years. She is a sought-after speaker and has been featured at several notable chiropractic events including The Wave (2018), the first annual Texpo Women’s Summit (2018), the Academy of Midwest Chiropractors (2021), and Mile High XI (2023). 

Danielle continues to offer private coaching focused on nervous system trauma healing for entrepreneurs. She started college as a math major, wanting to be a teacher, but found accounting and fell in love. While finishing her degree, she took a temporary accounting job at a winery, working her way up to staff accountant. While that job was interesting, she left in 2020 to start 1428 Financial and feels blessed to get to spend every day helping people treat numbers like a tool, not a threat, so they can run empowered, profitable businesses with confidence.

In this episode of the Mom Owned and Operated podcast, Rita Suzanne and Nelin Krull discuss raising a family, running a business and remembering yourself.

Nelin Krull is the co-owner of Myofascial Canada. NeIin completed her Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. Upon graduating she was attracted to the fast pace and acute nature of patients in the hospital setting. 

For 6 years, Nelin worked as a Physical Therapist in her local Hospital in various areas including Surgery and ER. After the birth of her daughter, Nelin decided the pace of the hospital didn’t fit with her young family any longer and took on the role of Clinic Director & Co-Owner of Myofascial Release Mississauga, a chronic pain clinic started by herself and her husband Justin, also a Physical Therapist and Expert Myofascial Release Practitioner. 

Nelin is an advocate for Women’s Health and ties that passion into the practices of the clinic. Her goal is to empower as many people (especially women) as possible with the tools to self-heal both physical pain and emotional trauma through Myofascial Release.
