Her doctor called with great news: her pressure is 27, and her heart shows no signs of heart failure, and she thinks Victoria may be overmedicated, so she's cutting her tadalafil dose in half. She's grateful but still anxious because her symptoms haven’t fully improved yet, with a two-week nurse check-in and a follow-up appointment in June.

We’re back after a long break, and I’m sharing honestly why recording stopped—grief has come in waves, and once the busy “to-do” list for my mom started wrapping up, it got harder instead of easier.
