Inevitably every January many people across the country join WW to jump on the heart bandwagon. What happens when the frustration and or life kicks in? How do you overcome the cravings and stress of everyday life? What happens if you exercise all the time and aren't losing? 

These are all questions and dilemmas I personally faced. I realized that I was struggling on WW and I couldn't figure out why. In this episode I share why I left WW for MyFitnessPal.

It seems like every fitness challenge we come across on social media just focuses on the good. Never the bad, never the struggle only the victories. Well, I want to do something different. 

Over the next 12 weeks I will recording a weekly episode where I share the struggle, victories, stumbles, moments I want to throw in the towel. The true reality of getting healthy and stronger.

We are all struggling right now, especially when it comes to affordable grocery shopping. I have put into place practices that I learned from the 2009 recession. Listen as I share my story of how and why I learned to budget my grocery shopping. As well as how I  made $30 a week stretch for 2.
