Several of you have asked if there's a way to take the virtual fitness classes with you so we're giving you the full class to use in the gym, on your walk, on your workout at home. When Jesus shows up, He's gonna listen and walk with you and you get to invite Him into your house (your body). That's it. Let's move!

She and I met in a Facebook group that allowed us to exchange music and choreography and music translations so that we could uphold the integrity of our classes, our character and the well-being of every body that walked in the room.
