Marly and AJ dive into ADHD burnout and how it’s different to burnout in general and burnout with ADHD, including a handy analogy for ADHD burnout: it’s like running a marathon with shoes two sizes too small. The go over their learnings about the things that can trigger neurodivergent burnout, what accommodations will help prevent it, and finally some techniques for recovering from it.
