The emotional pain that we mostly experience in our life comes from broken relationships with our mother father sisters brothers close family members close friends and lover's the feelings are the same whether with or with out sex we conduct ourselves the same way being jealous being attached being co-dependant

We have all experience emotional pain we all face and deal with our pain differently our pain is pushing us to grow

As parents when our children is going through their development stage of learning to talk one of the word we teach them is to say thank you as adults now going through our life why are we not using thank you in our daily life
