Not only is Tim an active investor/developer, but he also owns a law firm with a specialist property investor team and always provides no strings attached free initial advice on the phone to property investors.
The firm has about 65 staff and can cover a full range of law, from Wills and probate to divorce, commercial law to litigation. In addition to the firms niche of acting for property investors they have a number of other specialist areas – in particular a 6 strong leasehold team, doing nothing but lease extension, freehold purchase and right to manage applications – possibly the largest specialist team of its type in the country.
Tim has experience of commercial conversion, turning what was his Andover Office into 6 flats.
Tim also converted a 3-bed terrace to an 8 bed HMO and is now in the process of buying a small office.
