Hi mamas!
This week caught up to me. With schedules running rampant, it's hard to know where to even start when it comes to cooking for your family. In this episode, I offer some recipes of my own, as well as tips and tricks I use to stay sane while working 70+ hours per week and still maintain a healthy eating lifestyle.

I recorded this live.. in my car.. because I want to bring you some of the realness that comes with being an Army mom, launching a business, raising a toddler, being a spouse, and self-improvement all at the same time.
