The mommas would like to apologize for their absecne the past month as one of the mommas has had a death in the family. We thank you for your undsertanding and always remember, you may love your daddy but word to your mother. 

The Mommas are back in the studio after a breif hiatus, this week we talk about helping a child sleep and how a mother and father split the load
