It got was so overwhelming I tried ending it all over 10 years ago. The experience was terrible. Something I hope no one ever experiences. It was an awakening moment for me also. I was able to understand what others experience of anxiety and depression was. The journey allowed me the opportunity to discover a natural way to end the battle against anxiety and depression. One that has created this massive M.E. (Mommy Empowerment) Movement. How? The connection I made from that experience was the most miraculous, life-saving experience ever. Clearly life is not a game but it is like a rubix cube. How?
