  • Breaking the chains of Self-Doubt: from doubting Debby to Confident Queen

In this episode we go into detail about the actions you can take to go from Doubting Debby to Confident queen.

    1. Know what you really want. Ask yourself the question: What do I REALLY want? You not everyone around you, not your family not your kids, btut what do YOU really want?

    2. Challenge Negative Self-Talk: Self-doubt often stems from negative self-talk and limiting beliefs. Challenge those thoughts by questioning their validity and replacing them with positive affirmations. When negative self-doubt creeps in, consciously reframe your thoughts to focus on your strengths, past successes, and the progress you have made. Remind yourself of your capabilities and the reasons why you started your entrepreneurial journey in the first place.

    3. Surround Yourself with Supportive People: Seek out a strong support system of positive and supportive individuals who believe in you and your abilities. Surrounding yourself with like-minded entrepreneurs, mentors, or friends who uplift and encourage you can make a significant difference in breaking self-doubt. Their belief in you can provide a fresh perspective, valuable feedback, and a boost of confidence when you need it most.

    4. Focus on Past Accomplishments: Take time to reflect on your past accomplishments and milestones. Remember the challenges you have overcome and the successes you have achieved. Remind yourself of the skills, knowledge, and experience you have gained along the way. By recognizing your achievements and acknowledging your growth, you can build confidence and shift your mindset from self-doubt to self-assurance.

    5. Take Action and Embrace Failure as a Learning Opportunity: Often, self-doubt can paralyze us from taking action. Break free from this cycle by taking small, actionable steps towards your goals. Embrace the mindset that failures and setbacks are natural parts of the entrepreneurial journey and opportunities for growth. Learn from your mistakes, adjust your approach, and use each experience as a chance to improve and develop resilience. The more you take action, the more you will build confidence in your abilities.

Remember that breaking self-doubt is an ongoing process. Be patient and kind to yourself as you work on shifting your mindset. Celebrate your progress along the way, and remind yourself that self-doubt does not define your potential for success.

  • From Mom to Mogul: 5 Side Hustles That Can Change Your Life

In this episode we discuss five online side hustles that are ideal for mompreneurs. Being a mom is a

full-time job by itself, but many moms are looking for ways to earn some extra
income while still being able to take care of their families.

The first side hustle we talk about is Coaching, is an excellent online side hustle for mompreneurs who have a passion
for helping others. I am a coach myself and I help others start their own online coaching business. As a coach, you can offer your expertise in areas
such as business, parenting, health, or wellness. You can either choose to offer one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching sessions or even sell a
pre-recorded coaching course. With the right marketing and promotion, you can build a successful coaching business that caters to your interests and fits
    around your family schedule.

The second side hustle is being an online Travel Agent: I’ve worked as an online travel agent myself and if you love to travel this is definitely one for you. With the increasing popularity of online booking platforms, many people still prefer personalized travel planning services so this is where you come in. As a travel agent, you can plan and book trips for clients, earn commission, and work from

home. With your experience, you can cater to families, couples, or even solo travellers
who are looking for a unique travel experience. You’ll also enjoy the benefits
of getting certified as a travel agent which will help you get different offers
and discounts when you book your own trips, and that always nice.

Thirdly we’re discussing being a Virtual Assistant: As a mompreneur, you may already

have excellent organizational and administrative skills. You can leverage these
skills by becoming a virtual assistant. I’ve worked with virtual assistants almost from the beginning of my online business journey and trust me, this is so
needed so it won’t be hard for you to find clients. As a virtual assistant, you
can work with clients from all over the world, providing administrative support
such as email management, scheduling, and data entry. Virtual assistants are in
high demand, and you can set your rates based on your experience and expertise.

Next we discuss being a Tutor: If you have expertise in a particular subject, you can become an online tutor. Many students and parents are looking for online tutoring services for subjects such as math, science, or language. I remember I hired a tutor during lockdown because I just wanted my daughter to get the best help she could get even if I had to pay for it.  As an online tutor, you can set your hours and work with students from anywhere in the world. With online tutoring platforms, you can easily connect with students or their parents and offer your services

    at competitive rates.

The final side hustle we talk about is being a Freelance Writer: If you have a passion for writing, becoming a freelance writer can be an excellent online

side hustle for mompreneurs. Being a writer has become so much easier with the help of AI, I’ve even written a children’s book with the help of AI. With the
increasing demand for online content, there is a high demand for freelance writers who can provide quality content for websites, blogs, and social media
platforms. You can also focus on writing E-books and selling those on platforms like Amazon KDP. As a freelance writer, you can write on topics that interest
you, and set your hours and rates based on your experience and expertise.

With the right skills and passion, you can start any of these online side hustles and work towards achieving financial independence while

being able to take care of your family.

  • Work Less and Earn More by staying in your zone of genius
In this episode of the Mompreneur and More, we dive into the strategies and tips to
work less and earn more. As busy mompreneur, it's essential to maximize our
time and productivity while still achieving financial success. We discuss
various approaches, including delegation, process mapping, focusing on
revenue-generating activities, utilizing social media content tools, client
communication, and trusting others. Let's get started!
    Delegate
    and Outsource:
    Delegation
and outsourcing can be game-changers for busy mompreneurs. Platforms like
Fiverr provide a pool of talented professionals who can assist with tasks you
don't have time for or lack expertise in.
    Identify
tasks that can be delegated, such as graphic design, content writing, or
administrative work, and leverage freelancers to lighten your workload.
Fiverr.com is a great website for finding freelancer.
    Map Your
    Processes:
    Mapping out
your processes helps create a clear workflow and enables easy delegation.
Document the steps involved in various tasks and identify areas that can be
    handed off to others.
    By having a
well-defined process, you can effectively communicate your expectations to
those you delegate tasks to, ensuring smooth execution.
    Identify
    Revenue-Generating Activities:
    Focus on
activities that directly contribute to your revenue. Analyze your business and
determine which tasks have the highest impact on generating income.
    Prioritize
revenue-generating activities, such as client acquisition, product development,
or strategic partnerships, and allocate more time and resources to them.
    Utilize
    Social Media Content Tools:
    To make the
most of your social media presence, utilize the content tools that the
platforms prioritize. For example, Instagram's Reels feature is pushed so much
on the platform so use it to gain those views and be found by new people who
    could turn into your clients.
    Also experiment
with different types of content, such as videos, live streams, or interactive
posts, to engage your audience and increase your reach, and always repurpose.
    Get Clients
on a Call: While social media is a great platform for initial engagement, it's
essential to transition potential clients from social media to a more personal
    interaction.
    Encourage
potential clients to schedule a call or a virtual meeting where you can
establish a deeper connection and discuss their needs in more detail. This
personal touch can lead to stronger client relationships and higher conversion
    rates.
    Trusting
    Others and Asking for Help:
    Overcoming
the fear of delegating tasks and trusting others to do their best is crucial
for freeing up your time and energy.
    Recognize
that you can't do everything on your own, and it's okay to ask for help when
needed. Surround yourself with a supportive network of professionals, friends,
or family members who can assist you when necessary.

to pivot in your business is crucial to your success. A pivot can be defined as

If you find that the innovations are outpacing
you in terms of innovations If you’re finding that your competition is
outpacing you in terms of innovation in product offerings, or customer service,
