Ms. H from Mom's Minute Video Game Show begins the 139th episode with an inspiring introductory song selection from Empire as an uplifting start.  She wishes everyone a happy daylight savings time and hoped times on clocks were moved ahead one hour.  Ms. H talks about the video game she played on her PS4, Counter-Spy which regularly sold for $14.99 but was free because she is a PlayStation Plus member.  She gave the video game overall positive reviews.  She also stated she would be reviewing a video game on the Xbox One for the next show.  The video game character of the week, Supergirl is discussed including the fact that a CBS television show by the same name is on its way in the near future, with actress Melissa Benoist in the starring role.  Ms. H discussed the featured celebrity gamer of the week, Meghan Fox from the Transformers movies and video game.  Ms. H leads a lively discussion on a term she prefers not to use to reference those who may be overweight.  She concludes this discussion by stating that you should be proud of who you are regardless of your size.  The discussion stems from the news  that Facebook is banning the use of this term -- which Ms. H does not agree with.  Even though the term can be considered negative by some, unless there are circumstances Ms. H is unaware of, there is no reason to ban the term being used, in her opinion.  Another energetic discussion followed on how one should act in a work environment relative to certain type bosses etc. Ms. H responds to questions about Valve's new Steam virtual reality headset and provides a price she would pay for this device.  Ms. H next discusses her video game field trip to GameStop where she inquired about the amount that would be paid for some video games.  Needless to say, the price offered was extra low, so Ms. H declined and advised her listeners to seek other places instead of GameStop if they had video games to sell.  Ms. H informs everyone about new video game releases, and tops the news with the topic of Amazon venturing further in the video game industry by making available several new video games playable not only on androids, but the iPhone and iPad as well.  She also announces the latest location for the Video Game Live travelling orchestra show.  Ms. H rounds out the show with her special original saying to be victorious and triumphant in what you do, as there is a true winner in you.

On this special Star Trek Mr. Spock vs. Star Wars Yoda 138th episode of Mom's Minute Video Game Show, Ms. H welcomes her  listeners and wishes everyone well.  She starts right into the show with her review of the free to play video game, Star Trek Online.  Ms. H explains that she enjoyed the video game play but the biggest drawback in addition to not being able to name her own video game character, was the difficulty experienced moving the character around the environment in this RPG. That being said, Ms. H completed several missions in the tutorial portion of the video game Star Trek Online.  Ms. H states that she will be  playing Star Trek Online again. A lively discussion ensued on the idea of video games having alternative and other universes, coined as the term cannon. Ms. H discusses the video game character of the week, Mars, the Roman God of War which the month of March was named for. She tells everyone the Greek God of War, Ares appeared in many video games -- unlike the Roman God of War, Mars.  She next discusses the celebrity video gamer of the week, the late Leonard Nimoy who she informed everyone sadly passed away on February 27, 2015 at the age of 83.  She talks about the video games Leonard Nimoy did voice acting for as well as the ones he appeared in such as the video game Star Trek Online.  She shares her experiences during her video game field trip to the Music and Art store which she informed everyone had music books featuring video game characters Zelda and Mario.  She lets everyone know about new video game releases.  Epic Games giving away the video game engine, Unreal Engine free of charge  tops the news as well as a video game, Star Citizen that broke the record for crowd funding to the tune of $74 million dollars.  Ms. H rounds out Mom's Minute Video Game Show with her special original saying to look on the bright side always as there is power in positivity.

Jackson. She chose him as the alternative to Ice Cube and entertains the idea of featuring possibly Mark Hamil from Star Wars as an upcoming celebrity gamer of the week.  Ms. H talked about her video game field trip to ICS Computers where she was in a quest to get her PlayStation Vita repaired.  Prior to her video game field trip, Ms. H informs everyone that relative to her discussion of Radio Shack closing some of its stores during a previous show, some stores are remaining open as evidenced by her visit to one in another area.  Ms. H discusses new video game releases and the news which include a celebrity working on a video game as well as a video game research center being established in California. Also in the news was the notice that a new video game called Bedlam will be released during the summer of 2015.  After coming from a successfull kickstarter; however, it is doubtful if the developers will be in a rush to get the video game completed by the stated timeframe.  Prior to Ms. H's  special original saying she shared a message from Dr. Oliver Sacks, the author of "The Awakening" book as well as other literary works - which had the gist of saying that we are unique -- each of us while we also share many similarities as well.  Ms. H rounds out the Mom's Minute Video Game Show with her special original saying that it is important to treat others kind because even though some people may not remember exactly what you said to them, they will remember how you made them feel.
