Stop, drop, and sign yourself up for a conference. (Kidding, but not really). I am recording this episode after a weekend away in Charleston for the RISE BUSINESS conference 2019. This is Rachel Hollis's small business conference and it was hands down the best investment in myself I've ever made. Amy Jandrisevits has always been an avid doll collector and maker. But when she was asked to create a doll for a little girl with a limb difference, a doll that would reflect her uniqueness, her world changed. Within months she had hundreds and hundreds of orders for new dolls. Since that moment, the orders haven't stopped.

In the following years, Amy has been very busy! Making dolls for children with limb differences, genetic abnormalities, even dolls with medical equipment!
