Do you ever wonder if your mom worried about you like we worry about our kids? The conversation takes its journey through being children to moms that didn't appear to be anxious, at least to our minds, and how we navigate the anxious mom life ourselves.
Staci shares her story of getting the worst fear phone call when her son isn't on the bus at the bus stop and the anxiety and panic that ensued after.
Our joys of being a mom end our podcast when we share what lights up our anxious mom world.

S1, EP7- Shannon shares her world about being a young mom, while Staci and Shannon share their story about being kids of a young mom- some math in the episode shows Jen's skills and how numbers kind of make a play in their scenario.

Watching our children grieve, and work through losses that adults have trouble understanding is heartbreaking.
With the passing of a family friend unexpectedly, a great grandmother, grandparents and people who meant the world to us-- we open the conversation to let you know that, #youarenotalone.
The anxiety that accompanies this topic isn't just for us moms, and parents....it's about our kids. This is where we say we have "Momxiety."
Listen as we share our story, and invite you to join in.

This is part two, and worth the words, tears, and candid words that come from Jenny and us ladies as we listen to an inspirational story of her diagnosis, recovery and healing from breast cancer.
There is so much anxiety when a health diagnosis is given. While it feels lonely, please know, you are not alone!

What would you do if you were given a life changing and down right scary health diagnosis? Momxiety Social Podcast was joined by friends, Shannon and Stacie as we stood beside Jenny-- who was diagnosed with Breast Cancer just a few short years ago.
She takes us on her journey and explains what is was like to find a lump and get a diagnosis while being a healthy early 40's mom to two young children.
She tells us how her friends and family were pillars of strength for her and her emotion and sadness she has for others who go through this type of situation alone.
She wants you to know #youarenotalone.

This is part one of two.
Gather around your favorite speaker and listen, or check us out on our YouTube as we talk about being a woman, a mom and a human in this crazy world with our anxiety and how our bodies, well, are getting....older-errr. Heavy on the parentheses...
We share our stories on how we've aged, how we are dipping our toes into peri-menopause and how much we miss being able to get up the floor without holding onto sturdy objects. And we may just share a few funnies that had us gasping with laughter.
Join us each Tuesday for our podcast and be sure to follow us on social media and invite your friends along. This is Momxiety Social and it's where anxious moms come to socialize.
Fresh from the Shed, we talk about the anxiety grief brings into our lives and relationships, and how sometimes we feel helpless or are told we aren't there enough for someone.
The sisters join the podcast again for a second time to chat about the anxiety that comes from parenting with a spouse. Our Men vs. Women episode invites the men to join in and record their own thoughts on their perspective. All I have to say is: Coming soon
With opinions flying on hot, sunny day, and wine flowing, I wanted to revisit an issue that happened to me.
I find myself between a rock and a hard place as I deal with being the mother of my kids, the wife to my husband and a daughter in law to my in-laws and their perspective.
But what I won't apologize for? Keeping my kids safety, my momxiety and standing up for myself.
