At the beginning of a new year, we can hear various types of promotions and messages like “New Year, New You!” and “It’s All About You in the New Year!” These messages promote the false sense of purpose that life is all about us.

As we begin this new year, we are beginning a new Monday Morning Moments podcast series entitled: “It’s Not About You.” In this series, I will share 3 “I” words that can help us reframe what life is all about and help us focus on the most purposeful foundation in order to make our lives count for what matters most!
