Episode #37 Today i was thinking about work flow and my balance between still being Analog and old school and also using todays amazing technology.   I like to use sticky notes and iPhone notes at the same damn time!

I want to talk about Self care.  Self Care can be something  Free and simple like stretching or going for a walk, or it can be a massage, pedicure or even shopping and food.  What ever it is you choose to do its important to take care of yourself.

Let talk about Voting! it's important and it's your right.  Its not just about picking the President! Go DO some research and see what props and laws effect you and vote on them. Oh and you get a cool little I voted Sticker !
