I share several tools you can use to assess conviction in your portfolios holdings. I used these same tools to  gauge my conviction which led to me selling my first stock in 2,558 days. Locked in a 100% gain and avoided a 20% selloff.

The Wealth Effect is a belief that the wealthier a person a paper is on paper the more money they spend. Economists debate this but most agree that we will spend more money in our pocket when we have made money on paper. This is not necessarily a bad thing in itself just something to be aware of.
