Monica and Ian are the co-founders of CS Instant Coffee.  CS was created by a love of simplicity, coffee, and being outside.  Monica grew up in a small town in Ohio.  She recently biked solo across the USA.  Ian was born in Upstate New York and spent most of his youth outside in the great outdoors of New England.
