This week we review the new Charlie Kaufman film, I'm Thinking of Ending Things, a horror film based on a book of the same name. We also have Molly the Beagle on as a surprise guest. 

This week we officially kick off our Halloween season by discussing the traumatic and disturbing films from director Ari Aster. Heavy spoilers for Hereditary & Midsommar.

This week we discuss The Matrix trilogy, it's journey from being a groundbreaking Sci-Fi hit, to widely disappointing audiences in 2003 with the sequels, and it's recent resurgence as an allegory for the trans experience. We also push back against the anti-feminist hi-jacking of the films iconic presentation of "taking the red pill"

This week the Monolith boys go camping at Crystal Lake and discuss the hockey mask and machete wielding killer in the 12 films of the Friday the 13th franchise.

This week we decided to set aside our differences with Christopher Nolan and discuss the filmography of one of the biggest directors working today. We also set the new record for most impressions attempted in a single episode.  

This week we discuss horror in the heat! Summertime slashers, folk horror, and creature features that all take place in the hottest months of the year. 

This week we discuss how the premise of the film Groundhog Day has been re-imagined, and remade throughout the years with each new version of the film adding its own spin, leading up to the newest release in the sub-genre, Palm Springs.
