I am documenting this as I go, as I learn, as I experience. And originally when having these content ideas, I was going to center it around how self care can be the main aid in your feelings of inadequacy. While this is obviously true, I wanted to shift the topic more around love languages and practicing them with yourself. Words of Affirmation: complimenting yourself, manifesting Acts of Service: cook for yourself, do your hair, roll yourself a blunt π€·π½ββοΈ Receiving Gifts: get yourself some flowers or something you love/enjoy, make something for yourself (from scratch) Quality Time: take walks, cloud or bird watch, listen to nostalgic music Physical Touch: everything shower, masturbation, self body rubs These are the 5 love languages and a few examples of the way I channel them for myself.
