Ohhhhhh no. They say he's got to go. Go, go, Godzilla.... No, seriously, this Godzilla has got to go. This week Eric and Alex tackle the first American Godzilla film, and boy we have some mixed feelings on it. To help us sort out our feelings we bring on two very special guests, our wives. And just like the movie, after about 20 minutes in, this podcast goes off the rails.

Come on down ya'll as we join Eric and Alex for another recap episode. Yeehaw. This time we rank the Godzilla Heisei Films in a bare knuckle bar brawl. Who are the best characters of the series? Which romance swept us off our feet? Which monsters gave Godzilla the do-si-do? Find out on here on Monsters Vs Men!

In Heisei Godzilla's final showdown, does he continue to  wear the crown? Well, no, he dies, but is it a blaze of glory, or does it get too gory? Eric and Alex discuss if the Heisei finale lives up to its potential, or if the film is inconsequential.

Eric and Alex discuss, when attacked by a Godzilla from space, does it spell the end for the human race? Is Spacegodzilla's design unique? Or is it far from fleek (I'm so sorry). Plus, David from The Kaiju Apostle Podcast joins us for our awards this week.

Mechagodzilla makes his Heisei debut, but does it live up the high standard set by the villains previous outings? Will Alex and Eric come to blows when they have their most diverging opinions yet? Plus, our first guest joins our awards to weigh in on the best and worst parts of the film. You can find our guest Andrew Cassady at @AndCassady on twitter and @cassthecollector on Instagram.

Godzilla goes toe to feeler with Mothra once again, but this time Mothra brings some help. Eric and Alex discuss if the addition of the new monster Battra is a welcome one, and if Godzilla's first forray into a bit of Indiana Jones is a success.

When Time Travel and Godzilla meet, will it finally spell the franchises Defeat? Do Alex and Eric fawn over Mecha King Ghidorah, or did they they prefer Biollante's flora? Does the Heisei Era finally commit a fatal error? No, it's pretty awesome, and Alex explains why this one tops em.

Eric and Alex discuss, what happens when you play God with Godzilla? If looks could kill, would Biollante defeat Godzilla? Can broken English hurt the plot?  Find out on Monsters Vs Men!

The Return of Godzilla is the first Godzilla film of the Heisei Era. Join Eric and Alex as they ask the big questions, does a 9 year break hurt or help the Godzilla Franchise? Does the lack of another monster benefit the film? Will we ever say Heisei correctly? Find out on Monsters Vs Men!
