He's a Traeger Brand Ambassador who travels the far corners of North America preaching all things Traeger and preparing fine dishes on it as well. Yes, Lou is extremely accomplished griller, which his Social Media will attest to , along with his very interesting blog " Blues and BBQ ( and some beer)".

We were lucky to have him on with us to discuss not only BBQ , but his love for blues music and baseball. It was a wonderful afternoon with a great guy...we could have gone on for hours!
