This is a bit of a heavier episode and we share our own experiences with guilt, shame, anger, rage, anxiety and depression, as well as perfectionism, comparison and not feeling good enough. We also chat openly about struggles in this area with things like housework, baby sleep, breastfeeding and food for our kids.
We chat through how you can start to peel back the layers and catch yourself in the spirals of shame and how to prevent guilt from becoming consuming.
