This episode speaks about the difficulties of anxiety that often go unspoken including gaslighting, derealization, and depersonalization that can make many people suffering from anxiety feel they are loosing their mind or invalid for there feelings and there symptoms. Please remember that anxiety is a real illness that is as important to care for as any physical illness and people are more than their illnesses and should be treated as human beings.
